Pain

In the L4-L5 area. Feels like a steak knife has been inserted between my vertebrae. Not loving life so much tonight.

    I just found out today, as if I didn't know already, that I am FE Deficient.. So, in addition to all of the other medication I am on, I can add that!

    I am "at a 4 and they need me between a 15 and a 55!"
